The short version: we collect what you type into this site plus basic usage analytics, we use it to run Swale and follow up when you ask us to, and we do not sell it to anyone.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, including to join a waitlist, we receive what you submit: your name, email, company, website, the kind of business you run, your topic and your message.

Our analytics (PostHog) records how the site is used: pages viewed, buttons clicked, and a device identifier stored in a cookie shared across swalehq.com and app.swalehq.com, so a signup can be connected to the visit that led to it.

What we do with it

Contact details are used to reply to you and, if you joined a waitlist, to tell you when it opens. Analytics is used to understand which pages work. We store this data with the vendors that run our stack (hosting, analytics, email and our CRM, Attio) and nowhere else.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, share it with ad networks, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

Want a copy of your data, or want it gone? Ask through the contact page or reply to any email from us and we will handle it. If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
