The short version: swalehq.com is Swale's marketing site. Reading it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you request a demo, you are asking us to contact you. The product itself has its own agreement at signup.

The site

We work to keep everything here accurate and current, but the site is provided as is, without warranties, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo form asks us to build a sample brief for your business and walk you through it. It does not create a subscription, an obligation to buy, or any rights to the sample brief beyond reviewing it with us.

The product

Use of Swale at app.swalehq.com is governed by the agreement presented at signup, not by this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.
