We work to keep everything here accurate and current, but the site is provided as is, without warranties, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Contact requests

Submitting the contact form asks us to reply to you, or to add you to a waitlist you chose. It does not create a subscription or an obligation to buy.

Use of Swale at app.swalehq.com is governed by the agreement presented at signup, not by this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.
